Piles
- Cast-In-Place concrete is a construction technique that is constructed with ready-mix concrete placed directly on a construction site using formwork until it hardens.
- At Ki International, we specialize in Cast-In-Place concrete since inception. Our operation team has decades of piling experience and fulfills every job with high quality work.
Walls
- Shoring is used to support a structure to prevent collapsing. There are five types of shoring processes, the main types are Secant Pile Shoring and Contiguous Pile Shoring or Tangent Pile Shoring. Secant shoring is formed by intersecting two combination of piles with a reinforced or primary pile interlocking each other. Contiguous or Tangent Pile Shoring is where the faces of each pile are almost touching or tangent with each other.
- At Ki International our specialty is Shoring and Cast-in-place. We offer secant, tangent and temporary shoring solutions.
Micropiles
- Micropiles are high capacity, small diameter, drilled deep foundation element constructed to support new foundations or to underpin existing foundations. Consisting of combinations of small-diameter steel casing, threaded bars, and grout.
- After the casing has been designed to the proper depth, the reinforcing steel (threaded bars) is inserted. The High-strength cement grout is then pumped into the casing, enhancing the mass stability.
- Ki international can combine micro-piling techniques and design to meet any unique or complex project, cost-effectively and in a timely manner.
